Refund Policy

At Certified Cameras, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, including all original accessories, packaging, manuals, chargers, batteries, straps, and any included extras.

Before sending any item back, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items cannot be returned if they have been damaged, altered, opened internally, missing parts, or returned in a different condition than originally sent.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Certified Cameras reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
